FINGERPRINTING DATE AT CORNELL FOR VOLUNTEERS
Please remember that TB testing requires planning ahead to process so you will need to get this done beforehand. Please do not wait! Thank you!

** Must have completed TB testing/paperwork PRIOR to fingerprinting. NO FINGERPRINTING WITHOUT TB TEST RESULTS **
1) Complete a Volunteer II Application
2) Bring your completed TB test results/signed form to the Cornell Office at the time of fingerprinting, along with application.
3) Go to the Cornell Office to check in along with your current TB Test /signed form first.
4) Bring a photo ID (e.g. Driver's License) or Passport to show at time of fingerprinting.
